Arga was born in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida and raised in Andros, Bahamas and Houston, Texas. She was introduced to natural foods, herbs and vitamins in 1983. When Arga’s grandmother suffered and died from diabetes her father Sunshine went on a quest to research “Why do People Suffer before they die” It was thru that research that he was able to determine that all sickness usually begins in the colon.
Arga did her first colon cleanse at the age of 13, at that time she suffered from heavy cramps. After doing her first cleanse, she gave up dairy products and meats. Within 30 days she had no more heavy cramps. Throughout the years Arga has worked in the industry of Natural Products and Healthy Foods. She has studied and researched Natural Supplements, Raw Foods and Holistic Lifestyle.
Currently she is maintaining a Vegetarian diet and Consuming 70% Raw Foods and about 30% Cooked Foods. She and her family have owned and operated Sunshine’s Health Food Store in Houston, Texas, since 1983. Arga is also one of the best Raw and Vegetarian Chefs..
Arga has several DVD’s coming out called: Raw Delights. Raw Delights is an inspirational DVD that shows how one can cook and prepare delicious and healthy food.
